Titan Hotspots Wireless Access Point
This device is about the size of a hard-cover novel and fortunately weights less. The device has two antennas that broadcast the hotspot's wireless signal throughout the building. Special software is installed on the access point that allows it to communicate with our servers so that it can perform the functions that make a Titan Hotspot great.
The access point comes with two cables; an ethernet data cable and an AC power cable. Both are easy plug into the access point and don't require any tools to setup. You can think of the access point as the brains of the hotspot.
Outdoor access points are about the same size but mount to the side of a building, power poll, etc. with a simple two bracket system. |

Professionally Written Press Release
Included in the setup package is a professionally written press release customized with your company details for submission to local publications. This press release explains the availability of the client's hotspot service and includes details about the client location and other products or services. Titan Hotspots also makes a digital copy of the press release available via a private link emailed to the company contact.
New clients are asked to fill out a short form after checking out so that we have the information needed to create the press release.
Informational Table Toppers
Our table toppers are the mainstay of your hotspot inside your establishment. Beautifully designed, and informative 4" x 6" one-cards are enclosed in a sturdy and clean looking acrylic tent-style holder. The table toppers tell your customers about your Wi-Fi service and how to get connected in a few easy to follow steps. Current clients find it most beneficial to place these on checkout counters and seating area tables for easy viewing.

Static Cling Window & Door Signs
One of the main tools in letting prospective and current customers know about your shiny new Wi-Fi hotspot service is the static cling window and door signs. These professionally printed, UV resistant, and easy-to-peel signs are designed to get everyone's attention with great looking graphics and eye-catching lettering. They come in a variety of sizes ranging from 8.5 inches X 11 inches to 3 inches by 3 inches so that clients may choose according to their preference.

Titan Tickets
Titan
Ticket access cards are the wonderful little things that keep your hotspot performing at its best. These business card sized tickets are printed with a temporary username and password which allows your customers to access the internet from your hotspot for a specified time that you set.
Titan Tickets include simple instructions on how to connect to your hotspot and can be kept behind the counter until a customer asks for one, sold, or given to employees to hand out. You'll automatically receive a refill shipment of Titan Tickets at no cost whenever you're running low.

When a new client is sent a Wi-Fi Box, 1,000 Titan Tickets are included packaged in a sturdy case. We automatically adjust to the average number of Titan Tickets a company's customers use and send refills accordingly so customers are never left without internet access.

Titan Tickets Recycle Box
In an effort to conserve our planet’s natural resources, we include a used Titan Tickets box. We ask that clients set the box in an obvious location where customers can see it and ask that they deposit their expired tickets in the box instead of throwing them away.
If clients choose to participate in this program, all they have to do is send the cards in the box back to us in a large envelope that is also included when the box is full. We will reactivate the card's username and password so that we don’t have to use as much paper to make more cards.
In turn for client's effort to help us in being more environmentally friendly, we credit client's accounts $10.00 whenever they send a full envelope of Titan Tickets back to us. This is optional and we do not require clients to send Titan Tickets back. |

Comprehensive Account Setup Folder
Of course, clients need information on how to setup and take advantage of all the benefits that come along with hosting a Titan Hotspot. This is were the account folder comes in.
Included is a one page setup instruction document that guides you along the 10 minute or less initial setup of your Wi-Fi hotspot. Also included is information on how to login to your online profile where you can post messages and advertisements to your hotspot's login page and Titan Hotspots Blog Network as well as adjust functions of your hotspot like Titan Ticket access card time limits and much more.
