"Our cafe has seen a great increase in the amount of customers we're serving monthly after signing up with Titan Hotspots. We use our hotspot's login message board to advertise our new products, and thanks to that, |
we are selling new products well above our previous monthly average."

"My employees keep telling me how they're getting complements on becoming a Wi-Fi Hotspot from customers. It seems like a big deal to all |
of them but the secret really is your plug and play package. All I had to do was plug the Titan Hotspots router in and place the table tents, signs, and whatnot up! My Titan Hotspots service costs about the profit of one beverage sale per day, but I've brought at least 20 to 30 more sales by signing up. Thank you!"

"While conversing with customers I've never seen in our Restaurant I've been told by quite a few of them that they found me through an online hotspot directory. |
This is, of course, due to all of the promotion Titan Hotspots does for my business. I've seen my location along with my website at every single Wi-Fi directory I've searched! We're enjoying the access card time limits since we would like our customers to order a drink from the bar or order an entree while surfing. We give all customers a Titan Ticket after they place their order."

 |
Simply click the blue box title to expand the connection steps. If problems persist, please feel free to get in contact with us.
|
Step 1: Make sure Airport is enabled
Airport is Apple's wireless network connection management software. This must be enable to connect.
- Click the wireless signal icon in the top right corner of your screen. (Shown below)

- If you see that "AirPort: On" is grayed out, then the software is enabled, if it shows the AirPort
as "off" then click "Turn AirPort On".
Step 2: Connect to the Wi-Fi Network
- Find the Wi-Fi Network name listed on your Titan Ticket. (Ask an employee for a Titan Ticket if you don't already have one.)
- Click on the Wireless Network Icon and select the Wi-Fi Network that is listed on the Titan Ticket.

- After a few moments, you will be connected to the wireless network. We suggest waiting
about 10 seconds before following the next step.
Step 3: Login to the hotspot
- Once you’re connected to the wireless network, launch your web browser (Safari, Firefox, etc.), and you will see the Titan Hotspots Login Page. If you don't see this page, hit the home button in your browser. This page may look slightly different due to hotspot customization.

- Enter the username and password from your Titan Ticket in the appropriate boxes and hit the login button.
- You will be redirected to your home page or whatever page you first requested and you will be able to surf freely from there.
